The Arum Approved Servicer is an accreditation for collections service providers. This Arum certification shows that your debt servicing organisation meets collections requirements. It also demonstrates that your approach will likely meet clients' needs.

You can also choose to have Arum assess your service each year to check if it meets the latest requirements.
