Cookies policy

What cookies are

Cookies are small text files placed on your device by a website. Similar technologies, such as local storage, keep information in your browser without setting a cookie. We use both sparingly.

What this website uses

• Strictly necessary: arum.region remembers the region you chose in the site header (a cookie kept for one year, plus a copy in your browser's local storage for older visits), and arum.consent remembers your cookie choices (a cookie kept for 180 days). Neither is shared with anyone.
• Analytics, only with your consent: Google Analytics 4, loaded through Google Tag Manager, tells us which pages are visited and how visitors move through the site. It sets _ga (two years) and _ga_ cookies (two years). It is off until you allow it.
• Marketing, only with your consent: HubSpot's tracking script links the enquiries and bookings you make to your record in our CRM and tells us which pages led to them. It sets hubspotutk (six months), __hstc (six months), __hssc (thirty minutes) and __hssrc (end of session). It is off until you allow it.
• Marketing, only with your consent: Leadfeeder (Dealfront) recognises the organisation a visit comes from, using the network address of the connection, so we can see which companies read which pages. It does not identify you personally. It sets _lfa (two years). It is off until you allow it.
• Forms and bookings: when you submit a form we send it to HubSpot over its forms API. That does not set cookies on this site. Booking a conversation opens HubSpot's own meetings page, which is governed by HubSpot's cookie policy.

How to control cookies

Use Cookie settings in the footer of every page to allow or withdraw analytics and marketing cookies at any time; withdrawing removes the cookies those services set on this site.
