The Opportunity
In this senior leadership role, you'll be responsible for driving revenue, retention of clients, and developing robust, strategic partnerships.
As you lead your client-facing team, you will straddle sales, product, and operations to translate client needs into actionable solutions, overseeing onboarding, account management, and service excellence to enhance profitability.
About You
We're looking for someone with:
- 5–10+ years of complex and high value solution design and pre-sales and bid management.
- Proven track record leading medium-to-large scale service propositions, proposals/tenders with evidence of high win-rates. ·
- 5–10+ years in credit, collections and recoveries industry, consulting and/or professional services.
- Experience across multiple sectors (e.g., public sector, banking and financial services, utilities).
