What does arum do?

Who does arum work for?
Banks, governments and some of the world's largest brands, including utilities, telecoms, retail lenders, BNPL providers, debt purchasers and collection agencies. 23 countries across three continents so far.
Is arum independent of the technology vendors?
Yes. We aren't owned by any software vendor and don't resell technology. Recommendations are made in our client's interest, based on evidence.
Where is arum based?
We were founded in Edinburgh in 1998. The group works from Atlanta, London and Sydney, so the teams overlap through the working day.
What accreditations does arum hold?
ISO 27001 and Cyber Essentials Plus, Crown Commercial Service and HM Government G-Cloud listings, Hellios FSQS registration and RMAI membership.
