Optimise

Make your technology, AI and data solutions work harder.

You've already made the investment. We make sure you're getting everything out of it.

80/20

Most of the value sits in a fraction of the changes. We find that fraction.

After go-live

After go-live is where the value is found.

Collections technology optimisation is the process of getting more from technology, data and AI that are already live.

Requirements keep evolving after go-live, new features arrive with every release, and teams learn what works in practice. That's where the biggest gains usually sit.

Getting that value takes one of three things. Improving the technology. Using your data better. Or putting a specialist team behind both.

AI

AI can lift a live operation now.

Applied to a live operation, AI can sharpen segmentation, contact strategy and treatment choices inside the technology you already run.

The gains come from choosing uses your data and processes can support. Then you monitor the results as closely as any other change.

Used well, it lifts contact rates, payments and treatment quality without a new implementation.

Case study

Campaign payments up 60%, from channels they already owned.

The London Borough of Redbridge had invested in digital collections channels, but wasn't seeing the return. We rebuilt the contact strategies running through them, introduced champion and challenger testing and set new measures for success. Campaign payments rose from 28% to 45% of campaign value.

Not live and stable yet?

If the programme never reached a controlled go-live, that's where Rescue starts.

If deadlines keep moving or the technology still isn't stable, Rescue finds what's wrong, resets delivery and gets it moving again.

FAQs

Choosing where to start

How do we tell whether the problem is the technology, the data or the operating model?
Look at where the outcome breaks down. If the right decision is made but the system can't execute it cleanly, that's usually technology. If the system does what it's told but accounts are treated the wrong way, that's usually data and decisioning. If both look fine and the constraint is people, skills and capacity, that's the operating model. Most organisations see a mix. The point is to find which one is holding the others back.
Can the three routes run together?
Yes, and they often should. They support each other. Sequencing only matters when one depends on another, for example when the technology can't yet run the treatments your data recommends. Then we do the enabling work first.
What do you need to see before recommending a route?
Enough evidence to be honest with you, not a full audit. Typically the outcomes you expected against what you're getting, how the technology is configured and used, a sample of performance and portfolio data, and the skills you have in-house. From that, we can tell you which route will move the numbers first.
Can AI tools help us get more from the technology we already run?
Yes, and that is often the fastest route to value. AI can improve segmentation, contact timing and treatment choices inside your existing technology without a new implementation. We check that your data and processes can support the use case, choose the tool, and monitor the results as closely as any other change.
