How are associates engaged?

Through arum, on a day rate agreed for the assignment. We hold the client contract; you work as part of the arum team.

How quickly are people matched?

Once you are registered, we contact you when an assignment fits your experience and availability. Some people hear within weeks, others when the right programme comes up.

Is the work remote or on site?

Both. Most programmes are hybrid; some client sites need people in the building.

Can I stay independent?

Yes. Associates are not exclusive to arum.
