From contract to go-live
Signing the contract is the easy bit.
Collections technology implementation is the work of taking a chosen technology from contract to go-live: design, configuration, integration, data migration, testing and operational readiness.
Now the requirements you bought against have to become a working system. The vendor, your internal teams and delivery partners all need to pull in the same direction. Data has to migrate cleanly. The operation has to be ready on day one.
