arum is an independent collections and recoveries technology business. Since 1998 we've helped banks, governments and some of the world's largest brands choose, implement and run collections technology, AI and data. It's all we do.

Our services follow the life of a technology investment. We advise on strategy and requirements. We run the procurement. We implement, and we rescue programmes that have stalled. Once the technology is live, we optimise it so the business case is delivered.

    Choose the right technology from the whole market, at the right price. Market assessment, scenario-based selection, pricing and contract negotiation.

  3. Implement

    Get it live, on a plan the business can trust. Programme leadership and delivery from plan to go-live, alongside your team or as your team.

  4. Rescue

    Get a stalled programme moving again, and through to go-live. An honest diagnosis, a reset plan and the people you're missing, or we'll take on delivery.

  5. Optimise

    Get more from the technology, data and the AI you already own. We find what is holding performance back and fix it, across the technology, the data and the operation around them.
