Which public sector frameworks is arum on?
arum is an approved supplier on the Crown Commercial Service Debt Resolution Services framework and is listed on HM Government G-Cloud, so public bodies can engage us directly or call off through either route.
What supplier assurance evidence can you provide?
ISO 27001 and Cyber Essentials Plus certificates, our Hellios FSQS registration, insurance details and standard questionnaire responses, all available on request from info@arum-global.com.
How is client data handled?
Under our ISO 27001 information security management system, in the region the client operates in and under the client's own controls wherever the work allows. Data handling for each engagement is agreed in writing before work starts.
