Anti-Bribery and Corruption Statement

Our Commitment

arum Systems Limited (“arum”) is committed to conducting business ethically, responsibly and with integrity. We have zero tolerance for bribery and corruption in any form.

We expect the same high standards from our employees and those who work with or on behalf of arum, including contractors, consultants, suppliers and other business partners.

We comply with applicable anti-bribery and anti-corruption laws in the jurisdictions in which we operate, including the UK Bribery Act 2010 and, where applicable, the US Foreign Corrupt Practices Act (FCPA).

Anti-Bribery and Corruption

arum prohibits the offering, promising, giving, requesting or accepting of bribes, kickbacks or other improper payments or advantages.

We do not permit facilitation payments, improper payments or advantages to public officials, or gifts and hospitality that could improperly influence, or reasonably appear to influence, a business decision.

We maintain appropriate records of business expenditure and payments, require gifts and hospitality to be recorded and approved where appropriate, and undertake proportionate, risk-based due diligence on third parties where there may be an increased bribery or corruption risk.

Relevant employees receive appropriate anti-bribery and corruption guidance and training.

Speaking Up

Employees and those working with arum are encouraged to raise any concerns about suspected bribery, corruption or unethical conduct with an appropriate manager or through arum’s internal reporting and whistleblowing channels.

We take concerns seriously and will investigate them appropriately and confidentially. No individual should suffer retaliation or detrimental treatment for raising a genuine concern in good faith.

Governance and Review

This statement is made in respect of the financial year ended 30 June 2026 and was approved in September 2026.

This statement is reviewed at least annually and updated as appropriate to reflect changes in our business, risk profile and applicable legal requirements.

It has been approved by arum’s senior leadership and reflects our ongoing commitment to ethical and responsible business practices.
