Modern Slavery and Human Trafficking Statement

Our Commitment

arum Systems Limited (“arum”) is committed to conducting business ethically, responsibly and with integrity. We have zero tolerance for modern slavery and human trafficking in any form.

We expect the same high standards from our employees and those who work with or on behalf of arum, including contractors, consultants, suppliers and other business partners.

We comply with applicable modern slavery laws in the jurisdictions in which we operate, including the UK Modern Slavery Act 2015.

Modern Slavery and Human Trafficking

While arum is not currently required to publish a modern slavery statement under section 54 of the UK Modern Slavery Act 2015, we choose to do so voluntarily as part of our commitment to responsible and ethical business practices.

We have zero tolerance for slavery, servitude, forced or compulsory labour and human trafficking within our business or supply chain.

arum provides specialist consulting and technology services internationally. Our supply chain primarily includes technology and IT providers, software vendors, consultants, contractors and professional services firms in the UK and internationally.

We take a proportionate, risk-based approach to identifying and managing modern slavery risks. When engaging suppliers and other third parties, we may consider factors including country and sector risk, the nature of the services provided and compliance with applicable labour and modern slavery laws. Where appropriate, suppliers may be required to confirm their compliance or provide relevant information about their labour or ethical sourcing practices.

Relevant employees complete formal modern slavery training to help them recognise potential signs and risks of modern slavery and human trafficking and understand how to raise concerns.

Speaking Up

Employees and those working with arum are encouraged to raise any concerns about suspected modern slavery, human trafficking or unethical conduct with an appropriate manager or through arum’s internal reporting and whistleblowing channels.

We take concerns seriously and will investigate them appropriately and confidentially. No individual should suffer retaliation or detrimental treatment for raising a genuine concern in good faith.

Governance and Review

This statement is made in respect of the financial year ended 30 June 2026 and was approved in September 2026.

This statement is reviewed at least annually and updated as appropriate to reflect changes in our business, risk profile and applicable legal requirements.

It has been approved by arum’s senior leadership and reflects our ongoing commitment to ethical and responsible business practices.
