arum becomes a member of the credit services association

The CSA is the only National Trade Association in the UK for companies active in the debt collection and debt purchase industry. It has a history dating back to 1906, and has around 300 member companies who employ 11,000 people. Its members hold up to £60bn for collection, returning nearly £3bn in collections to the UK economy per annum. As the voice of the collections industry, their vision is to build confidence in debt collection by making the entire process clear, easy to understand and less stressful for all those involved.

CSA Supplier Members supply services and products to the collections, debt sale and purchase industry; arum’s membership demonstrates that it is recognised as an organisation that upholds a high standard of quality within the credit industry, as members are held to a Code of Practice and monitored for compliance.
