arum celebrating fourth consecutive year as finalists at Credit Awards

arum is pleased to announce it has been selected as a finalist at the Credit Awards this year for both ‘Best Company to Work For’ and ‘Best Outsourcing & Partnership Initiative’ (with Lloyds Banking Group).

The Credit Awards, run by Credit Strategy, are the flagship awards for the credit and financial services industry. Known as ‘the Oscars of the industry', they recognise and celebrate innovation, best practice and the hard work of individuals, business divisions and organisations across the entire industry.

arum’s Managing Director, Carlos Osorio, commented: “I am delighted that arum has been shortlisted this year for what is our fourth consecutive Credit Awards. It is especially pleasing to be recognised for our collaboration with Lloyds Banking Group (LBG) to deliver an industry-leading solution to better support customers in financial difficulty. These two nominations are especially meaningful because they recognise the teamwork, both internally and also with our clients, made all the more difficult during the pandemic of the past 18 months. The final will take place on 14 December at Grosvenor House in London.
