arum continues US expansion with membership of Receivables Management Association International
arum, a specialist provider of collections and recoveries transformation services, has joined the Receivables Management Association International (RMAI) as part of its strategic expansion in the United States.
This membership marks a further step in arum’s international growth journey and supports its ongoing commitment to industry best practices in the receivables management sector. Since entering the US market in 2023, arum has secured engagements with several leading creditors.
With over 25 years of experience across 20+ countries, arum has helped creditors improve operational efficiency, modernise technology, and deliver better customer outcomes across the credit lifecycle. Its recent work in North America includes system transformations and the application of technology to enhance consumer support and decision-making.
RMAI is a respected nonprofit trade association representing more than 600 member companies involved in the purchase, sale, and management of receivables on the secondary market. The association is known for promoting ethical standards and providing a platform for collaboration and industry leadership.
“Joining RMAI aligns with our goal of delivering trusted, high-impact collections and recovery solutions for creditors worldwide,” said Matt Trueman, Managing Director of arum. “It also strengthens our ability to engage with US-based industry leaders as we continue to build our presence in the region. Our recent attendance at RMAI’s Annual Conference was a valuable opportunity to connect with the community, and we look forward to continuing those conversations at the Collection & Recovery Solutions (CRS) Conference in May.”
