Courses will be aimed at collections and recoveries professionals with an emphasis on mortgage specific training skills and will be available as remote or on-site sessions.
Topics that will be covered in the courses include an introduction to collections, regulation, vulnerability, building a relationship with customers, identifying the right solution, and structuring a customer conversation. Upon satisfactory completion, members will receive a unique arum Accreditation and Certification.
