RMEx is only as good as its knowledge base.

Most collections technology hold the data and let people decide. RMEx is built the other way round. Rules encoded in the knowledge base drive account flow, treatment and control, and the system acts on them.

Done well, that is powerful. It also means the platform quietly becomes a record of decisions made years ago by people who have since left. Rules accumulate. Some contradict each other. Few are written down. The operation works, but nobody can say exactly why an account went where it did.

The second question is the platform underneath. RMEx runs on IBM i, and the people who know IBM i are getting harder to find.

What does the RMEx Health Check cover?
The knowledge base, account flow, treatment and control rules, module usage, dialler integration, reporting and compliance controls. It ends with a prioritised roadmap.
Is running on IBM i a problem?
Not on its own. It becomes one when skills get scarce, integration gets expensive, or the rest of your estate is moving. We assess your position rather than assume it.
Can you document the rules we already have?
Yes. That is often the first piece of work, because you cannot safely change a rule set nobody has written down.
