Analyst (Consulting & Delivery)

• Supporting the delivery of client consulting and technology projects.
• Analysing business requirements, processes and data to help solve client challenges.
• Supporting system implementations, configuration and testing.
• Contributing to client meetings and workshops and producing clear, high-quality project outputs.
• Building your consulting, technical and industry knowledge through hands-on project experience.

You'll be curious about how systems work, enjoy solving problems and have a good eye for detail. Some experience of system administration or testing IT systems would be helpful, but a willingness to learn is just as important. You'll be comfortable following structured processes, checking results and clearly recording anything that doesn't work as expected.

Some experience in collections and recoveries, including using a collections system, would be helpful, but a keen interest in learning how these systems support day-to-day collections activities is equally welcome.

You'll be comfortable using everyday IT tools, organised in your work and able to communicate clearly and ask questions when you need help. Above all, we're looking for a willingness to learn, work with others and develop your testing and consulting skills alongside experienced colleagues.
