We are recruiting for
Analyst
An opportunity to begin or accelerate your consulting career by supporting client projects across business analysis, technology, data, testing and operational change. We are interested in analytical ability, curiosity, potential and motivation to develop.
Senior Analyst
Take ownership of defined project activities and use your analytical and technical skills to turn data, requirements and complex problems into practical solutions and insights.
Consultant
Own complex workstreams, advise client stakeholders and help shape and deliver practical solutions to business, operational, system and data challenges. This role may suit an experienced management consultant or someone with a strong operational or technical background who can demonstrate the potential to move into consulting.
Senior Consultant
Lead complex workstreams and small delivery teams, advise senior stakeholders and oversee operational, technology and system change from analysis and design through to implementation.
Lead Consultant
Set the direction for major client engagements, act as a trusted adviser to executive stakeholders, develop delivery teams and help grow strategic client relationships and new opportunities.
Principal Consultant
Bring recognised specialist expertise and strategic thinking to Board-level challenges. Shape strategies and major engagements across technology, data, AI, operations and transformation, while helping to build arum's specialist capability and external reputation.
