About the role

This is a hands-on leadership role. You'll report to our CMO and CEO, manage our Events Coordinator and work hand in hand with sales to reach the right buyers. You'll own our marketing automation and CRM, use AI tools to produce more and better work, and show clearly what marketing contributes to pipeline.

What you'll do

  • Plan and run multi-channel campaigns across LinkedIn, search, email, events and the web that build a well-qualified pipeline.
  • Work with sales on targeting, lead scoring and nurture journeys that turn interest into opportunities.
  • Act as guardian of the arum brand, signing off client-facing material and overseeing collateral, thought leadership and website content.
  • Lead our Events Coordinator and our programme of industry events and webinars, and coordinate internal communications.
  • Report on campaign performance, pipeline contribution and return on investment, and manage the marketing budget and suppliers.

What you'll bring

  • A track record leading digital marketing, ideally in B2B or professional services.
  • Hands-on experience with marketing automation and CRM. HubSpot experience is a plus.
  • Experience using AI tools in marketing production.
  • A history of working closely with sales on campaigns that generate pipeline.
  • Line management experience, strong budget and analytical skills, and excellent written English.
