About the role

This is a broad, hands-on People role with real ownership. You'll report to our CFO, work with managers across the business and own our relationship with our external HR provider. We want your ideas on how to improve our processes and what it's like to work here.

What you'll do

  • Run recruitment and onboarding, from job ads and interviews to offers, contracts and inductions.
  • Look after the employee lifecycle, including probation, absence, leave, flexible working and offboarding, with accurate records throughout.
  • Coordinate performance reviews, training and our People policies, and be the first point of contact for day-to-day People queries.
  • Lead our engagement activity and company events, including All Hands and company days.

What you'll bring

  • Experience in a People, HR or People Operations role, including recruitment and onboarding.
  • Strong organization and attention to detail, with the ability to juggle priorities.
  • Confident communication with colleagues, managers, candidates and external providers.
  • Discretion with confidential information, and good judgment on when to escalate.
  • CIPD qualification or study is a plus. If you don't have one yet, we'll support you to work toward it.
